Frequently Asked Questions

How do you use donations in your fight to cure cancer?

Cancer is difficult and devastating. It is going to take everyone and everything from every angle of science and hope and determination to cure this horrible disease. Wilson’s Wish is utilizing what we know best to contribute to the cure. Veterinary oncologists comparing the results of their oncology trials and results with human oncologists, medical researchers, and scientists is one more angle from which to attack cancer. Wilson’s Wish uses donations to fund universities, research labs, and pharmaceuticals who show the most advanced progress and promise for a cure. Wilson’s Wish also tandems with other charities that have made progress in advancing toward a cure. We use some donations to educate and bring awareness to center stage to create momentum as we close in on the cure. Finally, dogs and cats teach us to live life in the present. They bring us joy and unconditional love. It is in this spirit that we utilize a portion of our donations to help those who are in the fight now because to have hope for the future is to have hope now. Providing Wilson Plush Dogs and loving service animals to children’s hospitals and community awareness events along with our own annual awareness event we can help those who are in the fight right now. All these combined efforts may provide an even quicker path to a cure! Donate today!
